Ms. Malca was born and raised in Broward County, Florida. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Criminal Justice. She then received her law degree from Florida International University in 2025.

During law school, Ms. Malca gained experience clerking at several firms that focused on Personal Injury and General Liability Defense. She joined Kirwan Danner and Alvarez as a law clerk in 2024 and transitioned to an associate attorney position upon her admission to the Florida Bar in 2025.

Ms. Malca has experience in Personal Injury, General Liability Defense, Personal Injury Protection and Property Insurance Defense.
